Renault had a surprise up its sleeve at the 2012 Geneva motor show – the new production version of the Zoe electric car will cost just £13,650 in the UK. That’s after the Government’s Plug-in Car grant which pays up to a quarter or £5000 of an electric car’s RRP, and makes the Zoe a more attractive proposition than other electric cars to date. Renault says the new Zoe is priced to be an equivalent to a diesel-powered supermini.
The Morgan Eva GT revealed at Pebble Beach this weekend
The Morgan Eva GT started with a tease, as all cars do. We couldn’t see the point of the follow up sketch of the Eva GT just days before the planned reveal at this weekend’s Pebble Beach Concourse d’Elegance. And we rather expected the Eva GT to be a bit of a let down after the sketch and the teaser image.
This is our best hint yet at the new Subaru Impreza, surely a car that seems to have suffered an identity crisis of late. The new Subaru Impreza Design Concept was shown at the 2010 Los Angeles auto show. Subaru dubs its new design mantra Confidence in Motion.
